I’ve still not done a weigh-in!
It’s getting to the point where I am seriously wondering whats going on in my life. Since I signed up to this great community I have not been able to do a weigh-in or take pictures. I keep saying to myself, “OK every Monday I’ll take a photo and do a weigh-in and keep tracking what’s going on” but when it comes to the crunch, I’m either too scared, too self-concious or just completely forget.
I have been thinking of trying to see a dietician, just so that I can hopefully get weighed everyweek, do you guys think that would be a good idea? I’m also struggling to get into a defined timetable, like I want to draw stuff on a sheet, like a daily plan that says things like, “Get up and get breakfast, go for a 30min walk etc, etc” but I never get round to it, does anyone have any helpful information to stop me being such a wuss lol?

It’s scary to start out. Seeing a dietician is a great idea. You don’t necessarily need to see the scales to see progress. There are many different ways. The way clothes fit, body changes in general, a good on plan day, etc…
Wanna know the best way to get started tracking yourself and setting up a routine . . . JUST DO IT! Sit down and write it out . . . doesn’t have to be totally complete . . . just start something and you can add to it as time goes by and your exercise and diet routines evolve. Good luck!
It’s hard to get started!!! A dietitian is a great idea if you are having a problem getting started on your own–I am sure they could get you on your way!!! Keep us posted–can’t wait to hear the plan and see the pics!!! Good luck!!!!
Well, maybe go to the book store and find a book where you can log things instead of making your own. Heck, make something on here in the forum section that’s just for you. And it sounds like you are having trouble starting or more like being enthusiastic about this so maybe a dietician is just what you need to help you with a plan and a weigh in. Good luck!
